Tosvar srl has been active in the aerosol sector since 1962, carrying out full-service production and contract filling of spray products on behalf of third parties. Today, the company continues to be run by the descendants of the original founder. The factory at Pozzo d'Adda occupies an area of 30000 sq m and is continually expanding.

Raw materials are stored in separate warehouses, each dedicated to a specific product category. From there, they are transported to the mixing departments. The mixing lines are equipped with automatic weighing systems; the tanks and pipes are made from stainless steel, with provision for heating or cooling.

The departments for the preparation of household products are physically segregated from those for the preparation of cosmetic products.
The company operates 9 modern filling lines which assure a production throughput of approximately 40000 aerosol cans per hour.
The filling lines are equipped with automatic weighing systems capable of checking each individual aerosol can.
